Another fan-favorite dip is also coming back to stores this fall.

Aldi diehards anticipate the crop of Aldi Finds that pop up every month. New products, ranging from seasonal twists on beloved snacks to decor lining the store's "Aisle of Shame," are a big part of what keep shoppers interested—and let’s be real, nobody can resist a little bit of novelty.

“We’ve had really great partnerships with suppliers over the years trying to develop the range [and] come up with some really unique items,” says Shaun O’Keefe, Aldi Jefferson Regional Vice President.

Aldi Finds aren’t just a way for the discount grocer to experiment with trends. They’re also a way to get customer feedback and determine which products to carry year-round, meaning that your snacking preferences and impulse buys are actually important consumer research data.

“We carry some Aldi Finds that allow us to bring in unique items that maybe we wouldn’t carry every day,” O’Keefe says. Often, Aldi Finds will resurface in a few months or years.  “If it’s really popular, we’ll bring that back as a core range item.”

Case in point? Aldi’s Park Street Deli Crab Rangoon Dip. This item debuted all the way back in 2020, with Instagrammer @aisleofshame sharing the find in January of that year.

Since then, Aldi shoppers have been flocking to the deli to get their hands on the beloved dip, which landed on shelves permanently in 2021.

Aldi’s Goat Cheese Dips Are Returning in September

Many of the brand's products are hits, but Aldi’s deli dips have especially taken off, with the variety of available flavors increasing over the past few years. While the interest in dips is more recent, Aldi has been working with the supplier (which also provides its cult-favorite chicken salad) for almost 20 years. So it’s not surprising to see that other dip flavors, like Lobster Roll, Mexicali, and Street Corn, have all crossed over to the permanent selection.

“These all originally launched as limited-time Aldi Finds, but due to their popularity are now everyday items,” a spokesperson said. The source also revealed that two more fan favorites, the Park Street goat cheese dips in truffle or red pepper, will return for the fall on September 6.

Don’t live near an Aldi (or a Winn-Dixie that’s about to be converted)? Try your hand at making crab rangoon or goat cheese dip at home.
