Glenn Lewis Frey (/fraɪ/; November 6, 1948 – January 18, 2016) was an American singer, songwriter, producer and actor, best known as a founding member of rock band the Eagles. During the 1970s, Frey played guitar with the band, as well as piano and keyboards. Alongside Don Henley, Frey was one of the primary singers of the Eagles; he sang lead vocals on songs such as "Take It Easy", "Peaceful Easy Feeling", "Tequila Sunrise", "Already Gone", "Lyin' Eyes", "New Kid in Town" and "Heartache Tonight".
After the breakup of the Eagles in 1980, Frey embarked on a successful solo career. He released his debut album, No Fun Aloud, in 1982 and went on to record Top 40 hits "The One You Love", "Smuggler's Blues", "Sexy Girl", "The Heat Is On", "You Belong to the City", "True Love", "Soul Searchin'" and "Livin' Right".
As a member of the Eagles, Frey won six Grammy Awards, and five American Music Awards. The Eagles were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, the first year they were nominated. Consolidating his solo recordings and those with the Eagles, Frey released 24 Top 40 singles on the Billboard Hot 100.
Glenn Joseph Frey (March 6, 1912 – January 5, 1980) was an American football quarterback and running back in the National Football League. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles. He played college football for the Temple Owls.
The workforce or labour force (also labor force in the United States) is the labour pool in employment. It is generally used to describe those working for a single company or industry, but can also apply to a geographic region like a city, state, or country. Within a company, its value can be labelled as its "Workforce in Place". The workforce of a country includes both the employed and the unemployed. The labour force participation rate, LFPR (or economic activity rate, EAR), is the ratio between the labour force and the overall size of their cohort (national population of the same age range). The term generally excludes the employers or management, and can imply those involved in manual labour. It may also mean all those who are available for work.
Workers may be unionised, whereby the union conducts negotiations regarding pay and conditions of employment. In the event of industrial unrest, unions provide a co-ordinating role in organising ballots of the workforce, and strike action.
"Working Man" is a song by rock band Rush from their self-titled debut album. The song's guitar solo was voted 94th in Guitar World magazine's list of the 100 greatest guitar solos.
Donna Halper, then a disc jockey and music director at WMMS in Cleveland, Ohio, is credited with getting Rush noticed in the United States by playing "Working Man" on the air. The song proved particularly popular in the working-class city. The response resulted in a record deal for the band, which gave her special thanks for her part in their early history and dedicated their first two albums to her.
Like all of the songs on the band's first album, the song features original drummer John Rutsey, who was replaced by Neil Peart in 1974. On the 1976 live album All the World's a Stage, the song segues into "Finding My Way" and a drum solo by Peart. After not being performed live for most of the 1980s and 1990s, it returned to Rush's setlists during the 2002 Vapor Trails Tour. It has been played on every tour since, with the exception of the 2007-2008 Snakes & Arrows Tour, and is included on the live albums Rush in Rio, R30: 30th Anniversary World Tour, and Time Machine 2011: Live in Cleveland.
"Working Man" is a song written by Jim Hurt and Billy Ray Reynolds, and recorded by American country music artist John Conlee. It was released in March 1985 as the second single from album Blue Highway. The song reached #7 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.

HR Basics is a series of short courses, designed to highlight what you need to know about a particular human resource management topic. In today’s HR Basics, we explore workforce planning, how to identify current workforce issues, forecast future needs and implement a plan to ensure those needs are met. Workforce planning is the process of making sure that individuals with the right skills are where they need to be, at the right time, to meet a firm’s current and future need. In many ways, workforce planning is an ongoing balancing act. Companies must balance the demand for labor with the available supply of labor. Workforce planning is dependent on labor supply and demand. Labor demand refers to the number and types of employees the company needs to meet its current and future strategic...

Well they look to the east, they look to the west
The third world wonders, which way's the best?
We got freedom, we got soul
We got blue jeans and rock 'n' roll
Man, there ain't no choice, it's better in the U.S.A.
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
You can be what you want, say what you wanna say
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
How can I make you understand, it's better in the U.S.A.?
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
I hear the same propaganda day after day
It's gettin' so hip to knock the U.S.A.
If we're so awful and we're so bad
You oughta check the night life in Leningrad
Man, it ain't even close, it's better in the U.S.A.
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
If you could see behind the curtain life is cold and gray
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
How can I make you understand, it's better in the U.S.A.?
(It's better, it's better)
I think I'll play
Nobody's perfect and change comes slow
It's really up to you which way you wanna go
You can lean to the left and lean to the right
You can stand in the dark, you can stand in the light
Drivin' on the beach on a night in June
Me and my baby in the lover's moon
They're playin' sweet soul music, got it turned up loud
Make me feel so good, make me feel so proud
Man, there ain't no choice, it's better in the U.S.A.
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
Well they'd be movin' here from Moscow if they could only find a way
(It's better in the U.S.A.)
How can I make you understand, it's better in the U.S.A.? Baby, baby
(It's better)
We got the burgers and fries in the U.S.A.
We got the friendly skies in the U.S.A.
We got the beautiful girls in the U.S.A.
Got the beautiful curls in the U.S.A.
We're drivin' beautiful cars in the U.S.A.
We're diggin' movie stars in the U.S.A.
We get to make romance in the U.S.A.
Let the little girl dance in the U.S.A.
It's better, baby, nice sweater, baby
What do you say you and me go for a little drive?
Come on
