Nova Scotia (Latin for "New Scotland", pronounced in English as /ˌnoʊvəˈskoʊʃə/) (French: Nouvelle-Écosse; Scottish Gaelic:Alba Nuadh; Scots:New Alba) is one of Canada's three Maritime provinces, and one of the four provinces which form Atlantic Canada. Its provincial capital is Halifax. Nova Scotia is the second-smallest province in Canada, with an area of 55,284 square kilometres (21,300sqmi), including Cape Breton and another 3,800 coastal islands. As of 2011, the population was 921,727, making Nova Scotia the second-most-densely populated province in Canada.
Nova Scotia is the third album by Cousteau, released in 2005 on the Endeavour record label. It was subsequently released in the U.S. under the band name 'Moreau' due to legal reasons on the One Little Indian label with two additional tracks (*). The US release also featured new artwork.
Davey Ray Moor had previously left the band leaving the main song writing duties to be taken over by lead singer Liam McKahey. "We thought it was the end and we were all feeling really emotional," says McKahey of Moor's departure. "But after a few pints, we'd decided to carry on and do it (the songwriting) ourselves. It was sink or swim, and we decided to swim."
According to the Köppen climate classification, Green Bay is a humid continental climate
typified by large seasonal temperature differences, with warm to hot (and often humid) summers, and cold (sometimes severely) winters.
Green Bay is an arm of Lake Michigan, located along the south coast of Michigan's Upper Peninsula and the east coast of Wisconsin. It is separated from the rest of the lake by the Door Peninsula in Wisconsin, the Garden Peninsula in Michigan, and the chain of islands between them, all formed by the Niagara Escarpment. Green Bay is some 120 miles (193km) long, with a width ranging from about 10 miles (16km) to 20mi (32km). It is 1,626 square miles (4,210km2) in area.
At the southern end of the bay is the city of Green Bay, Wisconsin, where the Fox River enters the bay. The Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge (formerly known as the Tower Drive bridge) spans the point where the bay ends and the Fox River begins. Locally, the bay is often called the Bay of Green Bay to distinguish the bay from the city. The bay is navigable by large ships.
Based on the features and style of the sloop, it is dated to have been built sometime from 1840 to 1860. The shipwreck is the only known one of a commercial freighting sloop in Wisconsin waters. Added to the fact that there is no historic record of construction of a commercial freighting sloop, it makes the site a popular one for archaeologists.
Here's a video that i made a long time ago. Enjoy.
