A majority of the people are Tyvans, but Russian is also spoken extensively. Tuva is governed by the Great Khural, which elects a chairman for a four-year term. The current chairman is Sholban Kara-ool.

The Shamans Cave: The Fabric of Creation: Part 1
During our time together Renee and Sandra talk about how we can get caught up in the frequency of fear and division instead of stepping into our spirit selves instead of rising up out of our humanness to start working with higher frequencies.
It is time for us to bring our work into our local communities as well as continue working together as a global community but from a place of unity.
As we are caught up in fear and stress we often chant words and focus on thoughts that are contributing to the dismembering energies that are part of the turbulence we are all experiencing.
Is it time to step up and change what vibration we are tending to in our Earth garden. Renee and Sandra share to do this we must connect deeply and build strong relationships with the spirit world and with Source...

Overtone Singing & Deep Voice Chant with Tibetan Monks
Nestor Kornblum presents an Overtone Singing Meditation in The Dome, together with Tibetan Lamas from the famous Gaden Shartse Monastery, on their 2014 tour of Spain. The Lamas are chanting a prayer using the One Voice Chord, very similar to the Kargyraa - Deep Voice singing of Tuva, but without making melodies with the overtones. Nestor sings both the Deep Voice and High Overtones, which sound like a flute playing above the voice of the chanters.

How to Approach Performing a Ceremony: Shamans Cave
Ceremony has the ability to bring us to a place of feeling stable and centered especially during challenging times. Ceremony creates a container where we can state our needs to the creative forces of the universe so they may be heard. And then the universe works with you in relationship to manifest healing, the release of pain, calling in your dreams.
Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau speak about the importance of gathering your materials and creating sacred space by connecting and communicating with the spirits of the land where you are performing your work. This is a wonderful show for those of you beginning your ceremonial practice.

Chapter 2 Nacken and Tuva
After passing through dark caves filled with captives in cages, Olle is entranced by the hypnotic song of the Näcken, a dangerous water spirit. He was originally a human violinist who was beaten mercilessly and unjustly by his fellow villagers, and so he obtained his revenge by playing a cursed melody that caused them to dance to death; he fell into darkness and despair when a woman he loved was killed by his spell. Olle hides and flees from him in the riverside, and the Näcken is killed in his pursuit of Olle. Olle also meets the young witch Tuva, who gives him encouragement and gives his stone the power of light to defend himself and push back the Bramble.

Is it time to step up and change what vibration we are tending to in our Earth garden. Renee and Sandra share to do this we must connect deeply and build strong relationships with the spirit world and with Source, God, the goddess, the power of the universe.
Shamans created this deep connection and received guidance on how to live a harmonious life through following the wisdom embedded in their creation stories.
Sandra leads a very short journey so that we can even begin this process.
