If you're distributing titles on behalf of a third party, please make sure that the third party also adheres to all Prime Video Direct marketing guidelines as well.

Any use of the Amazon brand, logos, and trademarks ("Amazon Marks") is subject to the restrictions set out in this guide, the Amazon Trademarks Guidelines, your Digital Video License Agreement, and any other terms, conditions, or policies that Amazon may issue from time to time that apply to the use of the Amazon Marks (together the "Guidelines").
Strict compliance with the Guidelines is required at all times, and any use of an Amazon Mark in violation of the Guidelines will automatically terminate any license related to your use of the Amazon Marks and may result in removal of your title, forfeiture of license fees, and termination of your account. Amazon reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to modify the Guidelines and/or the approved Amazon Marks at any time.
