View invoices

Invoice view provides invoice and payment information, which includes the following:

  • Details on what will be submitted to your bank account. This includes payment amount, exchange rates, invoice amounts, and tax withholding.
  • Insight into how much you’ve earned, but haven’t yet received payment.
  • Payment issues.

Vendor initiated billing

Amazon Digital Video Services is updating the invoice submission process for vendors in some regions to improve the customer experience.

Invoices will no longer be accepted if they are submitted by email; they must be submitted through Prime Video Direct or Video Central. You must also select your billing preference to determine your payment method.

To submit an invoice, do the following:

  1. Sign in to your Prime Video Direct or Video Central account.
  2. Go to the Invoices page.
  3. On the Royalties tab, click Create Invoice.
  4. Complete the form and confirm the details on the Amazon version of your invoice.
  5. Attach your IRP-approved invoice when prompted.
  6. Attach a PDF copy of your official invoice. Make sure to attach your IRP-approved QR code or your invoice won't be accepted.
  7. Submit your invoice.

It takes up to 48 hours to review your invoice and to provide you with confirmation and next steps.
