Rain armor or Rain set is an armor/Vanity items set that consists of the Rain Hat and the Rain Coat. It is armor on the  PC version,  Console version,  Mobile version,  Old Chinese version,  tModLoader version, and  tModLoader 1.3-Legacy version. On the  Old-gen console version,  Windows Phone version, and Nintendo 3DS version, the set only act as vanity items, and offer no Defense when equipped.

Each piece has a 5*1/20 (5%) chance to be dropped by Rain Coat Zombies.

Trivia

• Rain armor is currently one of two armor sets in the game that comes in two pieces, the other one being the Wizard set.
• Despite the similar method of obtaining them and the fact they both drop from weather-exclusive enemies, the Snow armor is actually rarer than the Rain armor and has three pieces.
