Reason for Being on Survivor: I'm completely obsessed with Survivor and I want to win a million dollars.
Why You Think You'll "Survive" Survivor: I think I will kick butt on the challenge puzzles. I might be small but I have a lot of fire in me. I'll also work hard around camp – you won't find me picking my sorority sister's armpit hair.

Survivor[]
As a fan of the show, Laura entered the season as a member of the Gota tribe. After the first Reward Challenge, Laura quickly joined Sherri Biethman's six-person Gota Alliance, opposing the Cool Kids Alliance. Following Gota's first Immunity Challenge loss on Day 5, Laura rallied her alliance to blindside Allie Pohevitz due to her close relationship with Reynold Toepfer and for being perceived as the most strategic member of the rival group. She also spotted Reynold attempting to hide the tribe's Hidden Immunity Idol in his pants ahead of the vote. At Tribal Council, she forced Reynold to show the idol to the tribe, further isolating him and the rest of his allies.
Despite her strategic prowess, Laura soon proved to be a detriment in challenges. At the Day 7 Immunity Challenge, Laura struggled with swimming to the point that Reynold had to aid her. This greatly contributed to Gota's loss and after learning that Shamar Thomas had divulged her alliance's split vote plan for that night, Laura began to fear for her safety. In order to keep the target off herself, Laura promised Reynold that she and Julia Landauer would join with the remainder of his alliance to vote out Shamar at Tribal Council. Come the vote however, Laura remained loyal to the Gota Alliance and voted out Hope Driskill after a tied split vote.
Following Gota's next immunity loss on Day 10, Laura's weakness in challenges was again a topic of conversation. Wanting to preserve the tribe's strength, Matt Bischoff urged the rest of the Gota Alliance to vote out Laura instead of the remaining outsiders from the Cool Kids Alliance. While much of the group was hesitant in doing so, they ultimately followed Matt's advice, believing Laura to be too much of a physical liability to continue. As a result, Laura was unanimously voted out 6-0 (Reynold played his Idol, negating Laura's vote against him) at Tribal Council.
