Edward "Eddie" Fox III is a contestant from Survivor: Caramoan.
Eddie spent the entire game in a minority position and saw almost all of his attempts to change his own fate in the game quashed immediately, save for a surprising blindside of Phillip Sheppard. Despite this, he survived the total destruction of his two most important alliances and came within one Immunity Challenge of the Final Three before finally being eliminated for the threat he posed with the jury.

Survivor[]
Eddie started the game of as a Fan and thus was placed on the Fans tribe. During Day 1, Eddie formed a bond with fellow tribemate Hope Driskill, telling her that they were the two most beautiful people on the island. The next day, Eddie formed an alliance with Reynold, Allie, and Hope, which was called the Cool Kids Table, and they were in the minority—although many of them claimed they thought they had Matt Bischoff to secure at least a tie vote at the first vote. On Day 5, when Gota lost immunity, Eddie and his alliance thought everyone was voting Shamar, but his whole alliance was shocked when Allie was blindsided.
Hope was then voted out over Eddie and Reynold since they were needed for their strength in challenges. Eddie and Reynold grew more distant from the other members of the tribe, and they wondered why they were keeping the weak players around. On Day 10, Shamar was evacuated, making both Reynold and Eddie happy. The Fans then lost the next Immunity Challenge and were sent to Tribal Council. Luckily, Laura was chosen to be eliminated due to her weakness in challenges, and the two remaining Cool Kids survived.
The next day, when a tribe switch occurred, Reynold and Eddie remained on Gota with Sherri. Eddie was relieved that he was back on the good-looking tribe. The new Gota then went on winning the remaining challenges, and Eddie was able to make the merge. Once on the Enil Edam tribe, Eddie, Reynold, and Malcolm—who were already in an alliance by then—decided to team up with Corinne, Michael, and Erik to overthrow Phillip's alliance. However, the plan backfired when Erik flipped and Corinne was blindsided, leaving Eddie in the minority once again.
The next day, Eddie bonded with Andrea and even told her, "I am indirectly hitting on you." However, it was later revealed that Eddie was doing this to further advance himself in the game; in fact, Andrea was also playing him. After that, Eddie talked to Andrea about the upcoming vote and told her that her name was thrown around, leaving Andrea to scramble. The next Tribal Council, Eddie was spared after the majority alliance voted out Michael because he was considered the least likely recipient of a Hidden Immunity Idol. On Day 28, Reynold, the next intended target, won individual immunity, and Malcolm found a Hidden Immunity Idol, leaving Eddie the definite target. However, Malcolm shocked everyone with a second idol, which he gave it to Eddie. Malcolm then revealed to the shocked majority alliance that the "Three Amigos" were voting for Phillip. Before the votes were read, Eddie played the idol and ensured his survival in the game since he received 4 votes, which were all negated by the Hidden Immunity Idol. Along with Erik's vote, the "Three Amigos" were able to blindside the majority alliance's leader, Phillip.
After that, Eddie's closest allies, Malcolm and Reynold, were voted off in succession, leaving Eddie to fight for himself. On Day 33, the majority alliance turned on each other, and Andrea was blindsided while being in possession of her own Hidden Immunity Idol. Despite being in the minority once more, he did reach the Loved Ones Challenge. He got to meet his Dad, and he asked Brenda to please let him enjoy the reward with his parents. Brenda eventually gave up the reward, and Eddie was happy. After he lost the next Immunity Challenge, Eddie accepted his fate. Thinking he was gone, as he threw his vote away towards Erik, he was both spared and shocked when Brenda was eliminated, making Eddie move on to the final five.
Minutes after Brenda's elimination, Erik felt dizzy. Medics arrived, and Eddie shared his knowledge of what they were doing to Erik, being an EMT by profession. Erik was eventually evacuated, and Eddie said he was sad that Erik left the way he did but was glad that he made it to the final four. He also said that he has a good chance of winning since he didn't make any enemies. Eddie then talked to Cochran and told him that, since he didn't make any strategic moves, Cochran should take him to the end. After Cochran won the Final Immunity Challenge, Eddie asked him if they were voting for Dawn, and Cochran said he would think about it. Eddie then revealed that, if he won the money, he would open a bar where people can bring their dogs. At Tribal Council, Eddie then said that he is voting for Dawn and that Cochran should take him to the end, stating the same reason, and Sherri said that she agreed. However, after the votes were read, Eddie was eliminated and became the final member of the jury.
At the Final Tribal Council, Eddie told Sherri that she doesn't have a shot and asked Dawn why she says she is a strong player amid her constant emotional breakdowns. He then asked Cochran where he sees himself after the game, at a bar with the "Three Amigos" or otherwise. Cochran said he would be with them at the bar and explained how the game has improved his confidence and social skills. Satisfied, Eddie voted for Cochran to be the Sole Survivor, which would make Cochran go on to win in a unanimous 8-0-0 vote.
