Outlook forgets YahooMail password

I use Microsoft Outlook 2011 on my Mac, but sometimes popped up the password request window even if the password is saved in my keychain and Outlook can access it.

The procedure is below.

1. Quit Outlook if it running
2. Select Microsoft Outlook.app in Finder
3. Open Info window by CommandKey with I
4. Check Prevent App Nap
5. Re-launch Outlook
6. Input the mail password
