The dust-jacket depicts the Fischer's Pirates sitting in the front of a raft. Silk Road jumps in a pose emulating Luffy, and the rest of the crew motions as if inviting the viewer to join.
The inside cover depicts them immediately after the photo is taken: Peketan is kidnapped by a seagull; Silk Road falls on top of Dama and Zakao, almost throwing Dama into the water and knocking over Zakao; and Motoki, Ndaho, and Masai react in horror.
The group gets magically teleported to the One Piece world, eventually forming their own crew. As they travel around the world they try various things:
Silk Road tries riding on stilts with Tonjit (causing the rest to abandon him, since he couldn't get down; emulating Vivi leaving the Straw Hat Pirates in Chapter 216)
Dama, Zakao, and Peketan try fishing, with Zakao fishing up Kokoro before throwing her back in the water and pretending it never happened
Ndaho and Masai try to emulate Smoker paying for a child's ice cream in Chapter 98, causing children to chase Ndaho trying to spill ice cream on him
Ndaho, Motoki, and Silk Road make a campfire, accidentally emulating the Admirals in Chapter 564
At the end, the members of Fischer's thank the viewer for reading, and the narrator wonders if they'll return to Earth... or potentially even meet the Straw Hat Pirates.
