Baby Mario (Koala) is a variant of Baby Mario from Mario Kart Tour. He is a High-End tier character and was introduced in the April-May 2021 Sydney Tour and uses the Heart as his special item.

Baby Mario in this appearance is mostly the same as the original form. The only differences are a set of gray koala ears on his hat and a koala backpack.
