The Space Suits are special uniforms worn by the Guardians of the Galaxy during the Infiltration into the Orgoscope. They were abandoned in space.

Infiltration into the Orgoscope[]
In order to infiltrate the Orgoscope to steal information to save their friend Rocket, the Guardians of the Galaxy and Gamora utilized the space suits to reach the outside of the facility to sneak in. When the Guardians' ship, the Bowie, was in position, the group leapt out of the ship while Star-Lord played Spacehog's "In the Meantime" in the suits speakers. As the group drifted to their location, Quill pointed out the spot to land and had the others launch their hooks towards the surface, allowing them to get into position.
While Nebula used her bionic arm to drill a hole into the Scope, Quill attempted to speak to Gamora through the private line about if she remembered any of her old life, before she originally died. However, Quill accidentally activated the open line to all the suits, much to the others' embarrassment. Mantis and Drax explained to Quill how he had the open line on and pointed out the correct buttons for each of the private lines by yelling loudly into Quill's suit.
Eventually, Nebula finished drilling the opening and the Guardians entered Orgoscope. The group knew that the Orgosentries were headed towards them to check what had happened, and Mantis accidentally led the group to toss the suits into the decontamination chamber, which ejected the suits into space. The Guardians talked to Karja to allow them to search for the file, and they called in Groot in the Bowie to pick them up when they finished.[1]
Capabilities[]
All five of the Space Suits are able to survive in the vacuum deep space, and a steady supply of breathable oxygen. On the backs of the suits are mini thrusters to allow the wearer to control where they drift to, along with magnetized tow cables or gravity boots and gloves to pull the wearer to a surface. On the forearm of the Space suits are a multicolored control buttons for communication between the different wearers, with the blue button allows an open line for all the suits, while the others are for private lines. The orange button for the blue suit, Black for the orange suit, Yellow for the yellow suit, Green for the red suit, and red for the green suit. On the green suit the sleeve is slightly shorter to allow Nebula to use her Bionic Arm's capabilities.
