Officer Preston is a member of the New York City Police Department, assigned to protect Wilson Fisk.

Protecting Wilson Fisk[]
Preston was called to the Presidential Hotel, to keep back all the protestors, who were furious that the NYPD and FBI were protecting Wilson Fisk. While stood outside the hotel, Preston was approached by Karen Page from the New York Bulletin, who asked who was in charge, with Preston pointing to Ray Nadeem, noting that he was the one who released Fisk from Ryker's Island, as Page thanked Preston and went to speak with Nadeem.[1]
