Agent Donald Prescod was a CIA agent stationed in Moscow, Russia, who uncovered a Skrullconspiracy to overrun Earth. After investigating a series of terrorist attacks linked to Skrull activity, he diligently gathered evidence and trusted "Everett Ross" with his findings. However, Prescod came to realize that Ross was a Skrull impostor and met his demise as a result.
Donald Prescod began investigating several unrelated terrorist attacks, believed to be connected to Americans Against Russia. However, he later found out that all of these attacks were related and all caused by a hostile faction of Skrulls, led by Gravik. Through that investigation, he developed paranoia.[2]
He met Everett Ross in Moscow to talk about it, unaware of the fact that he was actually a covert Skrull. He told him about his investigation, but "Ross" kept believing the Skrulls were good, knowing they had worked with Nick Fury, and didn't believe Prescod.
Prescod is killed
When he gave "Ross" a pad with information about Gravik and his next terrorist plot. "Ross" told him he would pass this information on to Fury, causing Prescod to became suspicious of "Ross" real identity and attacked him. He began throwing him to the ground and choking him with a cable but was shot in the chest by "Ross" shortly afterward, and died instantly.[2]

Prescod and his research
Prescod's investigative ingenuity led him to discover Skrull complicity in a series of terrorist attacks across the globe.
Combatant: Prescod was able to hold his own in a fight with a Skrullimpostor impersonating Everett Ross, and had the physical advantage over him until "Ross" drew a silenced gun and killed him. This is exceptional for Prescod since Skrulls are generally more durable and stronger than humans.
