Georges Batroc is an ex-French Special Forces field officer and a notorious mercenary known as Batroc the Leaper. Batroc and a group of pirates hijacked the S.H.I.E.L.D. vessel Lemurian Star to obtain the HYDRA Stomper Armor: Mark II, only to be stopped by Captain Carter and the STRIKE unit.
"The Lemurian Star. They were sending their last payload when pirates took the ship." "How many pirates?" "Twenty or so charmers led by Batroc. Before French Special Forces showed him the door, he racked up thirty-six kill missions."
Batroc and his men decided to raid the Lemurian Star and managed to take over the ship. However, they were intercepted by Captain Carter after she made her entrance from the Quinjet. Carter took out Batroc's men one by one until Batroc pointed his rifle at Carter. Realizing who Carter actually was, Batroc threw his rifle aside and readied himself as he engaged in a fistfight with Carter. Batroc tried to take down Carter as she blocked his attacks. After Batroc did a flip, Carter was surprised, though not at Batroc. Carter pointed out the Watcher's silhoutte in the sky as Carter was taken by the Watcher.
After the battle with Ultron, Carter returned to her universe in the middle of the standoff with Batroc. Batroc managed to take Carter down, though he was electrified by Natasha Romanoff as she helped Carter back up.[1]
Personality[]
Georges Batroc is a mercenary willing to kill for money, yet he remains cocky whenever he fights. This cockiness came at a price, however, when he kicked down Captain Carter and presumed that he won, only to be knocked out by Black Widow.
Batroc is a formidable combatant and mixed martial artist.
Master Acrobat: Batroc is an excellent acrobat, performing multiple complex acrobatic maneuvers during his fight against Captain Carter.

M16A4: Batroc was armed with a M16A4, which he used to help him raid the Lemurian Star. He prepared to fire it at Captain Carter, but decided to fight her head-on instead.
