Ajak's Homestead is the homestead of Ajak located in the Great Plains, South Dakota.

Ajak's Home[]
After exploring the world and humanity, Ajak settled down at a homestead in the Great Plains of South Dakota, where she took care of horses and checked in on her fellow Eternals. Sprite lived with Ajak and enjoyed living with her. Sprite and Ajak danced together while Ajak sang, and Ajak sent Sprite to London so that she could check on Sersi, since Sprite and Sersi needed each other.[1]
Assassination of Ajak[]
In 2024, Ajak was visited at her homestead by Ikaris. Ajak was riding her horse when she saw Ikaris on her porch. The two discussed the coming Emergence, and Ajak shared with Ikaris her desire to prevent the Emergence, surprising Ikaris. Ajak explained that the Avengers' courage in resurrecting the victims of Thanos' Snap inspired her to take action. Ikaris told Ajak that he needed to show her something and took her to Alaska, where he pushed her into a group of Deviants, resulting in her death. Ikaris brought Ajak back to her homestead and laid her body down on the ground outside of her homestead, making it appear as though a Deviant had attacked her at home. Ikaris became overwhelmed [1]
Role Passed On[]
Ikaris, Sersi and Sprite went to Ajak's homestead, intending to tell her that Sersi and Sprite had been attacked by a Deviant in London. However, they found her house empty, and Sersi found Ajak's body. Ikaris told them that she appeared to have been attacked by a Deviant, and three became upset. Sprite and Ikaris went inside the house, and Sprite cast an illusion of the last time they saw each other, sharing how she was always looking out for them.
Meanwhile, Sersi stayed with Ajak and saw her Celestial Communication Sphere leave her body and enter Sersi's. Sersi suddenly saw Arishem the Judge, who greeted her and said that it was almost time. Sprite and Ikaris shook Sersi out of her state. Sersi told Sprite and Ikaris about the experience, and they pressed her for confirmation, although Sersi could not communicate with him again. This led Ikaris to suggest that Sersi had been afflicted with Mahd Wy'ry.[1]
Emergence Aftermath[]
In the aftermath of the successful prevention of Tiamut the Communicator's Emergence, Phastos, Ben, Jack, Makkari, Druig, and Thena stayed at Ajak's Homestead. They saw reports on the news about Tiamut's sudden appearance as a statue in the Indian Ocean, and Ben asked if the Eternals caused that, prompting Phastos to reply that he loved his husband. Meanwhile, Jack struggled to reach for a fruit and talked to Thena, who showed Jack her ability to conjure weapons. Phastos quickly intervened and scolded Thena before telling his son that violence is not the answer. The Eternals and Stoss then went outside to the Domo, which Makkari, Druig, and Thena took into space to reveal to other Eternals their true nature.[1]
