—Cyclops[source]We can grow Krakoan habitats anywhere, Dad, and they all link back to the main island. So I figured, well... Why settle?
The Summer House was a Krakoan habitat located in the Blue Area of the Moon.[1][2]
History
Several months before publicly announcing the Nation of Krakoa, a Flower of Krakoa was planted on the edge of the Blue Area of the Moon.[1][2] This Habitat was named the Summer House, and acted as the primary residence for the extended Summers family and acted as a departure point for off-planet responses to threats.[2]
Prestige moved into the basement of the Boneyard after joining the newly reformed X-Factor Investigations.[3]
When the X-Men reformed as the public face of mutant superheroes, the team (including Cyclops and Marvel Girl) moved into the Treehouse next to Central Park in Manhattan.[4]
After coming to Earth from Otherworld,[5] Solem was able to sneak into the Summer House, steal Wolverine's Muramasa Blade, and replace it with a fake.[6] According to Cable, Vulcan is no longer welcomed at the Summer House.[7] Nimrod later destroyed the Summer House with a bomb in an attempt to kill Cyclops and Magik.[8]Points of Interest
