- "Eat Cake in Fancy Dresses Wednesday" is introduced during this issue, becoming a recurring theme in this volume and Sensational She-Hulk (Vol. 2).
- It was first revealed in She-Hulk (Vol. 4) #3 that Mallory Book wanted no superhuman clients.
- Both Jen and Mallory worked in superhuman law during their time with GLK&H, as seen in She-Hulk and She-Hulk (Vol. 2).
- Jen warned Nightcrawler and other heroes that she couldn't be seen taking her cases in She-Hulk (Vol. 4) #4.
