Synopsis for "Fireworks"
The last few days have been full of preparation for the event, Magneto negotiating with Isca the Unbeaten and the Hellfire Club, and the Quiet Council successfully passing his motion to bring mutantkind to the galactic stage. After discussion with his assemblage, he recruits Monarch from Otherworld and several members of the Great Ring of Arakko. Magneto gathers iron from the heavens. Hope and Vulcan crack into Mars’ core, stirring heat and utilizing Proteus’ manipulations to revive the red planet. Iceman unleashes his power, covering a portion of the world in freeze, communicating with the Hellfire Gala attendees on Earth below. Sobunar of the Arakkii gives of his blood, providing a full oceanic ecosystem with Hope and Monarch’s assistance, overwhelming a Feilong rover in the flood. Storm dictates the planet’s new climate, filling the air with wind and lightning. Elixir and Xilo enrich and heal the planet itself, before Marvel Girl, Exodus, and Lactuca use an inverted External Gate to teleport the island of Arakko and its people to their new home. Lake Hellas becomes the diplomatic hub of the resurrected world, and statues of Apocalypse and Genesis honor those who did not reach this place. Kid Omega dreams up a defense satellite, and via Monarch gives birth to S.W.O.R.D. Station Two. Patched up by Elixir from this ordeal, Monarch gives form to many more mutant ideas in Port Prometheus. A Krakoan gate is planted, bringing Emma Frost, Professor X and more to celebrate the new planet Arakko.
