"He Never Left" starts with a premise that’s hard to ignore: a “Rear Window” knockoff set in a hotel room. The protagonist hears what may be a murder happening through the thin walls, but no one believes him. The concept has plenty of potential, tapping into the tension of isolation and the paranoia that comes with witnessing something sinister from a distance. Unfortunately, the film never quite lives up to its intriguing setup.

I know the film is about a blind man, but the film didn't need to be so dark in certain sequences (dog in the attic, fight in the basement, and people creeping around a blind man's house). Brandon Cronenberg has certainly delivered something more sadistic and darker than his father’s past works. However, like his father, he still offers a feature with incredible imagination, believable characters, and a thought-provoking tale, and not to forget, some exceptionally nasty body horror.

“Possessor” brings us into the works of an assassin, Tasya Vos, who can possess and control people’s bodies to terminate some high-profile targets. When she gets trapped inside the mind of one assignment, her reality and sense of…

I hope the series continues with Predators hunting warriors from different eras.
Hopefully we'll get to see something in the 1800, where the Predator takes a glove slap from an upper-class English man.

Otherwise this is a solid entry to the "Predator" series. It keeps the story simple (although the script could use some tightening), focuses on action and setting. The location scout needs to be commended too. This is a beautiful looking picture.
