Ennaku work aachu pa, didn’t understand the hate it got. It had flaws but I still had fun??? And most importantly I was fully engrossed??? Sure it may also not be upto the standards Amal Neerad sets for his films but it still sells as a suspense thriller and the technical aspects deserve a special shoutout. Kunchacko Boban and Jyothirmayi were perfectly cast. Both of them gave solid and convincing performances. My only major criticism for now is casting Fahadh for this. Extremely disappointing to see him get wasted and it was worse than a filler role.

Kottukkaali 2024
Very simple in its approach, but very profound in its impact. This is the first film of Vinothraj that I watched and I can see why he's receiving big praises. The feminist satire drama is a genre I adore and this film has done it so well. The plot line is basic but it explores social elements of the society that is relevant to feminism by not making it over dramatic or preachy. The dialogues were witty and the hilarious…

Lover 2024
A super intense film that precisely mirrors the hardships of being in a toxic relationship. There was no glorification of the toxic egoistic chauvinist male character at all, which is very much commendable. Vanga can take notes. Arun’s presence annoys you, Divya’s tears and frustration feel real and it hits home. The pacing is slow but the rock solid performances and Sean Roldan make up for it. Manikandan was phenomenal as usual and Gouri Priya killed it too. The climax…
