I love seeing her thrive and be happy after everything she’s gone through but sadly there is nothing much or even nothing new to take away from this documentary. The wedding bits were cute but the documentary did not do justice on portraying her journey as an actor and the struggles she underwent both personally and professionally. A lot more could’ve been explored but instead it ends up looking like a rushed montage. It hugely lacked substance. But I’m still rating it this high firstly for Nayanthara, and also because by the end I was smiling a bit. Secondly I don’t think we’ve had a documentary for a well known actress in a long time so why not let women take centre stage? We’ve seen men do this for so long
