David Lynch went to a better place today a few hours ago.
I have seen very little of him but I definitely know that he is one of the best American filmmakers who have ever existed and one of the most influential of this century. How sad it is to know that he has left, and the worst of all is that if he had a new movie Netflix did not want to finance it.
Rest in peace Lynch.
And talking about the short film, it was really funny and I want a film of Barbie but Lynchian.

Hedgehog in the Fog 1975
My first short film of 2025 and what a good decision to have seen this one.
A little being makes a magical journey through an unknown world to reach his friend. That's the plot and it seems to be very simple but when you see this masterpiece of Soviet animation you will realize why this is a 100/100. Easily one of the best animated shorts of all time, its incredible animation ahead of its time makes this not feel like 1975. What a great year for cinema.
