    I’m just gonna ignore the fact that this movie was basically just a commercial for Voss water…

    But oh my gosh!! This was SUCH an improvement from the first one!! It takes what was good about the first and really just pushes it further. There are more scares, practical fx, gore, fun camera shots, and a whole lot more mind-fuckery. I loved having a pop star in recovery instead of a privileged therapist as the center of the film.

    I WOULD DIE FOR ANDY. STOP BULLYING THAT SWEET AUTISTIC ANDROID MAN.

    I haven't seen most of the Alien franchise, but this one takes the cake for me so far. Usually I’m just super bored of them, but this one was the least boring for me! The first thirty minutes were losing me, but it really picked up at that red room face hugger scene. I think that Fede Álvarez did a great job at creating a bloody good time…

    Hugh Grant meowing and talking about how Jar Jar Binks is like Jesus was definitely something…and I was obsessed. 🫐

    I mean, his character sounded like your average atheist redditor going on a rant, but somehow he made it fun to listen to? Like my attention never broke because of his delivery. I can listen to him rant for hours. 

    But anyways, the themes of faith and control were written so well in this film. Especially for it being a horror-thriller! The Mormon church is fucking wild. Religion is fucking wild. Atheist Barbarian Jigsaw was onto something….

    Proof that Jefferey Combs still serves cunt!!!

    This is the most fun I’ve had in theaters in a hot minute. The plot was interesting, the kills were bloody, and the cast was amazing. I kept gasping every time I saw someone I recognized. You can obviously tell that it was made from the same studio as Terrifier because it held the same charm that Terrifier has. Not to mention that Damien Leone’s fx’s are very recognizable. 

    But oh my god I loved…
