every time i log this film i think about trying to write a long ish review and i never can (kinda because i suck at writing reviews) but mainly because i genuinely think this film is so outstanding there are just no words to describe how you feeel after watching it. i have never seen a film before that makes me feel hopeful, completely joyful and then has me crying the next minute. but la la land is so important to me because it's about following your dreams and not letting anything stand in the way of them which i can relate to because my dream of being a director is what keeps me going and i'm determined for it to happen, and others hopefully have been inspired by it too.
