“The juice is loose!”
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, is not a very tight movie but it’s still incredibly spooky, kooky and fun! Feels like they threw EVERY idea they had over the three decades into this movie.
Thankfully the cast is top notch, especially Michael Keaton who is just as flawless as everyone’s “ghost with the most.” Keaton gets a lot more screen time and each scene is pure chaotic magic. Really great to see Tim Burton ditch his usual CGI slop fest and return to his roots. You can FEEL his passion in this.
I honestly could’ve used an entire movie with Beetlejuice, Willem Dafoe, and Bob with the rest of the shrunken head gang.
