vibrant and colourful, from the set to the costumes, wicked is an amazing musical. i had such a great time experiencing this movie. however, i was a little let down as i had expected more. while it’s a really really good movie, i think all the praise it got made my expectations too high.
but i don’t think there’s anything to dislike about wicked. it’s got heart from the passionate performances of ariana grande and cynthia erivo, and of course their amazing voices. johnathan bailey was, as always, such a great pleasure. these 3 really put their everything in the movie and we could feel it. the cinematography was great and i loved how colourful everything was. and it was actually very fun, i smiled a lot watching it. it really was a great experience.
