A strange evening has played out for me today, few things if any have felt right either in myself or in the moments as they've passed by, I sat here in a daze for several hours not really properly engaged with whatever was before me.
I felt compelled to snap out of the funk when clarity washed over me, long enough that I knew I needed a rich and vibrant film experience to awaken me from the sleepiness of my mind, and Interstellar is a fine example of such a film, perhaps one of the best examples anyone is likely to comment across.
A glorious filmmaking extravaganza from Nolan, as impactful as it ever was ten year's on.
Ten year's... my how they race on by, I still recall being mesmerized in a cinema theatre by the beauty and wonder this film has to offer in spades. It's final minutes always elicit cathartic tears out of me to this day.
