This. This is what cinema can be. It can be a true test of creative ingenuity and a passion for the art of filmmaking, something Into the Spider-Verse passes with flying colours.
It is artistically gorgeous, the animation is absolutely flawless in every sense of the word, the sound design is *chefs kiss* and the story has a real depth to it that grabs your attention and creates a genuine interest and care for the characters, as well as for the development of the story.
This along with Across the Spider-Verse, are so wonderfully crafted with a clear love and genuine passion, and should the future 3rd instalment be as good if not better, which I’m confident it will be, it has a very strong case for title of the best superhero trilogy and movie trilogy in general. All in all, Into the Spider-verse is a real artistic and cinematic achievement which should be appreciated by all who watch.
