    I am completely fine with a film just dropping viewers into an experience, making us live with its characters for a couple of hours without a broadcasted plot path.     Happy Death Day is so enjoyable, I was hooked at just the Universal logo. The film has a fun premise that becomes increasingly engrossing as it unfolds, as well as a charming cast of characters led by Jessica Rothe, whose fantastic performance is the very reason I gravitated toward the movie. Happy Death Day has lots of laughs, creative moments, and a lovely overarching theme. And let’s just say, I have a new favorite ringtone.
