As I said in my review of King of the Monsters: I'm a man with simple tastes, and as a fan of giant monsters, action, and giant monsters beating the shit out of each other, this movie well deserves those 4 stars. Surprisingly enough, human characters were not that bad, and the fights between Godzilla and Kong could not have been better. Even though they do team up, like Batman and Superman did in 2016, at least it was not…

While still keeps the claustrophobic feeling and the gore from its predecessor, it greatly lacks from the character chemistry that made the first one so good, as some of the new characters are seeking their own benefit, and getting involved the worst policeman in the county doesn't help at all. Nonetheless, it's entertaining and some horror scenes were, meh, okay, however, the original did not need a second part.

Imagine how the other characters in the MCU will react when they find out Deadpool made jokes about them, or how they will react when they see Deadpool breaking the fourth wall. Can't wait to see that.

Another one in the long list of movies I watched in my teens, yet, I went completely blind into it. The reason for this paradox: I only remember that the murderer killed people using a hook. For God's sake, I even forgot Fred and Daphne were on this thing.

2 stars for being it's own movie and for trying to change things after the damn mess that wrong turn 3, 4, 5 and 6 were.
The half star is because of Charlotte Vega, whose performance I think I enjoyed the most even though I kind of disliked her being so morally correct at the beginning, but then she learned that no matter how much good you want to do, conflict is inevitable.
I don't give it a higher rating because... well, it's a wrong turn movie, if you have seen the whole series you know the drill.

The Alien franchise starts with Prometheus but it ends here with Aliens. Filled with action from every angle, but, man... James Cameron sure does his magic.
