As a movie and a musical, it's bad. As an exercise in mid-to-high camp, it's incredible. Great costumes and very polished which makes it less appealing than its predecessor. Also Maxwell Caulfield and Michelle Pfeiffer are amazingly hot in it.

MONKEY MAN is a chaotic crowd pleasin' action pic that is hella dramatic -- but don't worry. It's still bloody and violent as all hell -- and it's kinda campy and kinda soapy. There is a lot going on... but once you see a blood-drenched Dev Patel find creative ways to stab a man, you just sit back and enjoy it.

ROAD HOUSE was ridonkuviolent. It’s perfectly unhinged. It’s a bone breakin’, earthquakin’ bloody good time that will bring joy to the masses. Gyllenhaal puts his charismatic stamp on an iconic role and Doug Liman serves a new brand of fight action fuckery that audiences are gonna devour.
