Perhaps one of the most unnecessary prequels ever made. I say that since pretty much every major plot point was already mentioned in the first two Underworld movies.
But I gotta admit the conviction with which they made this prequel. It looks freaking great. Beautiful production design. Perfect lighting.
The actors absolutely chewing every inch of scenery they could get their hands on.
It loses points for not having Kate Beckinsale, but I’ll forgive it because literally everything else that’s great about the Underworld series is still there.
