Nolan is Golden
This is 100% the best movie of the year. You can never get bored from this movie. The way that Christopher Nolan brings you in and never lets go is amazing. Every performance is great, the score is one of the best I have ever heard, and pretty much everything else about this movie is just perfection.
Something else I want to talk about is how similar this film is to Schindler’s List. Not so much as the movie itself, but why and how it was made. They both are from great directors that already have released great films. These are both the director’s “passion project”. The films also are both about WW2, and are some of the best movies of all time.
If this film sweeps at the Oscars, it will go down as one of the best movies in history. I truly think it will take the Schindler’s List route.
