Wild Grapes
September 15, 2016. These wild grapes grow along one of the access roads at NRC. Notice how they're quite different from virginia creeper berry , with which they are sometimes confused. They're obviously thriving, which suggests to me thaat Ottawa has missed its calling as a potential wine region.
