Brenik is a side-character in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores. He is a Quen Devotee who is part of Walter Londra's cult. He guards the entrance to Heaven's Rest and the Ascension Hall. He is initially suspicious of Aloy and Seyka due to them not being part of the devotee cult. He only lets them pass after the women repeat the Words of Attainment for the Devotion Review.
Brenik would later follow Zeth up to the Ascension Hall upon learning of the women's deception and arrived in time to see them standing over a fatally wounded Zeth, who confessed that Londra wasn't taking any more of his devoted on the Ascension. As Brenik reacted with confusion, having believed he had proved himself, Seyka bluntly told him that Londra had manipulated him for his own ends. He then fled in fear and returned to the other devoted inform them of Londra's deceptions. Afterwards, he returned with the majority of the devoted to Fleet's End.
