Federa is a mentioned only character in Horizon Forbidden West.
History[]
Federa and Alva were rivals at the Research Academy as they studied to become Diviners, with the latter hating the former. Despite this hatred, the two became very close, with Alva mentioning that there is a fine line between hate and love.[1]
After they became Diviners, Federa became known as one of the best Diviners among the Quen. When Alva was assigned to the Eastern Expedition, Federa promised to wait for Alva's return, no matter how long it took.[1]
