History of the franchise
From the data collected in "Now It's Con". The franchise was created by Chloe Claireson in 1984 as a series of books, possibly based on an old comic. Initially it was starred by Chivanka, where the rest of the characters would join her. In their animated series, the characters are infants and their parents never appeared for an unknown reason.
Later a series of 208 episodes was made, where in the first episode the three protagonists see inside a magic horn of plenty to know the secret of friendship. Initially, according to Chloe's script, it was a golden taco with guacamole, but it was retro continued during the Glendale convention to "Loyalty, Sharing and Hugs" when she saw Dot, Lotta and Lucretia sacrificing her chance to appear in the series to assist Audrey in a time of need.
In addition, a musical miniseries called "Serenade & Sparkle of fire" was made; a 5D special, where the last one was banned for having too many D's; an ice show; and spin-off series called "Horn-a-cops," which was created by fans without them being sanctioned by the producing company.
For an undetermined time before the third season, Richie would buy 51% of the franchise, becoming the majority owner of it. During this period, a film called "The horn identity" would be made, which would include the character of Little Lad, which would be broadcasted during the Glendale convention. Despite the fact that Richie was its producer, he had no knowledge of its development. Chloe during the Glendale convention commented that she would make a space based arc.

The Harvey Girls collect various products from this franchise, including posters, card games, sets and dolls. Pinkeye after getting some, he also became an admirer of the franchise. Although the Harvey girls did not get the Horn-A-Corn dolls in "Trade Wreck", they did in subsequent episodes such as The Great Brain Robbery".
According to the episode "Raccoon Hoarder Picture Show", the Horn-A-Corns has an internet-connected playset with a half pipe, a bedroom, and a wardrobe. In the episode "Get Rich Quick", it is revealed that Richie Rich owns 51% of this franchise and at the same time his team of scientists were able to create real versions of them.
In the episodes "Jet Fretters and "Now It's Con", both set on the same day. The Harvey Girls along with Lucretia, Richie and Tiny prepare for a Horn-A-Corn themed convention. The Harvey Girls' plan consisted on getting an answer from the author, watch a movie, get exclusive giant pillows for the characters and be digitally transformed. Unfortunately, they were only able to complete the first two tasks because Audrey was banned from the convention while causing an uproar within the convention while searching for Chloe and Richie and Tiny were prevented to go ahead to the premiere by The Overzealous Security Guard despite Richie owning the Horn-A-Corns.
Allusions
Numerous Horn-A-Corns references to Harvey Comics suggest that the franchise acts as a meta-comment to the series itself. Its similarities include: Being based on an old comic; that the series was originally starring Chivanka in the same way that Audrey was before forming the Harvey girls as a group during a crossover with Richie Rich; personalities similar to the trio of protagonists; that there is no clear reason for the lack of parents; and finally that Chloe Claireson is dubbed by the producer Aliki herself.
