- — Neil in Clock Tower Courtyard[src]
Neil Randall was a Gryffindor student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. He was a member of the Duelling Club run by Karl Limpley in the Clock Tower Courtyard during the 1996–1997 school year.
Etymology[]
The name "Neil" comes from the Gaelic name Niall, which is of disputed origin, possibly meaning "champion" or "cloud". This was the name of a semi-legendary 4th-century Irish king, Niall of the Nine Hostages.
