Executive Offices (or simply Offices) are purchasable properties in Grand Theft Auto Online added as part of the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update and updated in the GTA Online: Import/Export update.
Description[]
The online player can purchase one office location from a selection available on Dynasty 8 Executive, with optional extras such as gun lockers, safes, or accommodation facilities. The offices have customizable interiors, with a selection of 9 different interiors.

Located on the 25th floor, each office has a main entrance where the executive Assistant is found at their desk, to whom the player can go to request numerous abilities, including the delivery of personal/Pegasus vehicles, or ordering free snacks.
If the player elects to install the accommodation upgrade, the office will include a basic room with a bed, wardrobe, and bathroom amenities. The office will then become available as a spawn location in the Online options.
A computer can be found on the CEO desk to access the SecuroServ network where special cargo, vehicle cargo, special vehicle missions can be accessed.
As the player successfully completes CEO work (not including Import/Export vehicle work), stacks and rolls of money will accumulate on and around the player's desk. Some of the cargo the player collects will also appear in the office scattered throughout as well. In addition, a SecuroServ statue can be placed on the player's desk once a certain number of special cargo pickup missions have been completed. For example, successfully completing 50 missions rewards the player with a basic black statue. Only 1 crate has to be delivered in a mission for it to be counted as successful. If the player also buys the optional money safe, they will see the lower level filled with money that is in the player's bank account, with the maximum amount being $1 million. If the player also has casino chips, they will start to fill the upper levels of the safe, with the maximum amount being 12 million chips.
Only one office can be owned at a time: purchasing another will trade-in the old one for the new one. 50% of the purchase price of the first office will be refunded to the player (assuming it was not purchased for free), as will 50% of the cost of any decorations and upgrades purchased for that office; all decorations and upgrades desired will have to be repurchased for the new office. Note that Office Garages are not office upgrades, but are merely available to purchase for office owners and thus not affected by moving offices, other than becoming available at the new office.
Daily Fees[]
Owning an office will incur a combined standard daily fee of $800. This is made up of two separate fees: $500 for the property itself, and a $300 Assistant salary.

Office Garages and Custom Auto Shop[]
Main article: Office Garages
With the addition of the Import/Export update, players can now buy 1 to 3 garage expansions within the same building that they can customize and provide space to store up to 60 vehicles.
Once a garage is added, the player can also add a custom auto shop with a dedicated Office Mechanic within the building which operates as a combined Los Santos Customs and Benny's Original Motor Works facility allowing full customization of the players vehicles.
