Garages are purchasable at the Office locations.
Office Garages are purchasable garages added to Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Import/Export update.

The garages can be purchased using the Dynasty 8 Executive website and clicking on the CEO Office the player currently owns. The garage will be added to the Executive Office after purchase.
It is possible to access to the garage in two ways; after purchasing, a map icon displaying the garage will be indicated on the radar. The player will then be able to drive into the garage like regular Apartments in GTA Online. Additionally, the Garage can be accessed via the elevator in the Office it was purchased with.
The garage access points are different at each building:
- Maze Bank West - Street level
- Lombank West - Street level
- Arcadius Business Center - End of the underground parking lot. Garage door not present in GTA V story mode.
- Maze Bank Tower - Western parking lot entrance, accessed via upper level.
The player has the option to purchase up to 3 garages. These will be stacked on top of each other. Each garage has three floors that the player can traverse using an open stairway, totaling at 20 cars per garage, where the bottom level can store 6 cars, and the second and third levels can store 7 cars. If the player purchases 3 garages, they can store a total of 60 vehicles.
Alongside the garage purchase itself, there are also customization options available. There are 4 wall style options, 9 lighting options, and 9 signage options. The player can also purchase a Vehicle Autoshop which allows them to customize vehicles inside their garage. This modshop also comes with 20 different artworks for the floor.
Each garage purchased charges additional fees. The player can only purchase garages in order or can choose to purchase only one. The garages are the same price for all offices.

If a player decides to move to a new office, the garage(s) will become available at the new building. Other than being moved, all customizations, and any Vehicle Autoshop along with its customizations, will be retained and all vehicles within transferred over.
Daily Fees[]
The only fees this property incurs are the $50 Garage Mechanic fees for each garage, for a total maximum of $150 for all three.

Custom Auto Shop[]
The Custom shop is an optional feature that can be purchased for the garage. Just like the MC Clubhouse custom shop, it serves as the player's personal custom shop and has the ability to do everything that Benny's and the LSC can do; the only options that are not available are selling the vehicle and adding explosives. It is staffed by a young Asian woman in business attire and holding a tablet. There is a sitting area with a T.V. off to the side of the main floor where the vehicles get customized. There are 20 customizable floor options available that can be purchased.
