Joe's Pizza is a pizza parlor in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, located in Bedford Point, Staunton Island, Liberty City. It also appears in Ghost Town in GTA III.
Description[]
In GTA III, there are several locations. One is located in Bedford Point, by Trattoria Spaghetto on the main road. A similar parlor is located just east of this one, on the other side of the opposite facing building. Another smaller parlor is located to the south, east of where there are breakable parking meters. There is also a Joe's Pizza parlor in Ghost Town in GTA III.
The business's appearance is taken directly from the real-life appearance of Joe's Pizza.
In GTA Liberty City Stories, the one and only branch is located on the opposite side of Phil Cassidy's Fully Cocked Gun Shop in Bedford Point. It received several cosmetic changes, and Toni Cipriani can start the Well Snacked Pizza side-mission here. After the completion of this mission, the player receives a max health boost increase by 25 points, and the parlor generates a maximum of $2,500 per day.
Influence[]
Joe's Pizza is based on the real-life restaurant of the same name, located in New York City, New York. In fact, the storefront used in GTA III is simply a photograph of the real-life restaurant.[1] The restaurant is also known for being featured in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2.
