Bite! is a fast food chain in the HD Universe, specializing in sandwiches, wraps and salads.

Description[]

Bite! restaurants first appeared in Grand Theft Auto IV, largely located in the State of Alderney. Their typical storefronts take up a small footprint within larger commercial buildings. This trend of small-storefront locations continued on in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, but with many more locations dotted around Los Santos.

The chain also makes a non-canon appearance in GTA San Andreas – The Definitive Edition, sharing its real-life influence with the in-universe SubStandard.

With The Diamond Casino Heist update for GTA Online, an updated logo for Bite was seen on the "Racer 23" livery for the Dinka Sugoi. This new logo lacks the exclamation point and sports a slightly different font and "bitten" capital B.

The business is a parody of the American fast food restaurant franchise Subway. The heavy prominence of locations and their small footprint in commercial spaces mirrors Subway's business model, being the second largest fast food chain in the world. In French, "bite" is a slang term for a penis. Knowing that the motto of the company is: "It's big", the allusion is clear.
