By 1997, Ho Ching pays protection money to Uncle Fu. Uncle Fu has the GTA Protagonist collect the protection money from Ho Ching in front of his restaurant. His dialogue implies he has experienced some bombing attacks previously. He drives a peach coloured Pickup.
