Diving The Depths is a tutorial quest that activates if the player happens to drown in the Koi Pond without any equipment. It gives and explanation on how to obtain basic diving gear to explore the Pond Depths.
Walkthrough[]
The first thing the quest tasks the player with is finding some Lilypad Wax, which can be found underneath the large lilypads in the Koi Pond. Once found, analyze the wax to unlock the Fin Flops and Pebblet Dagger. Using this dagger, kill 4 Water Boatman and harvest more Lilypad Wax, and some Eelgrass Strands from the bottom of the pond. With the Eelgrass, analyze it to unlock the Gill Tube. With all the materials and some Silk Rope for the Gill Tube, craft the Fin Flops and Gill Tube to complete the quest.
