The Salutary Series (unofficial name) is a 4-Star Weapon Series.
All weapons in this series can be forged. Forging these weapons notably require 
Borderland Billets and 
Condessence Crystals, among other materials. The diagrams for all weapons in this series are sold by Alom at The Salutary Furnace.
