Gameplay Notes

• 35 Bloomwater Blades will be created throughout the ability's entire duration.
• Each Bloomwater Blade targets a random opponent in the area that has not been targeted by the last 2 or 3 Bloomwater Blades.
  • If all opponents in the area have been targeted by the last 2 or 3 Bloomwater Blades, or if there are no opponents in the area, then the next Bloomwater Blade strikes somewhere random in the area.
  • Enemies who are incidentally hit by a Bloomwater Blade that did not target them are considered to have not been targeted.
  • There is a short delay before the Bloomwater Blade strikes, so enemies who are targeted may not be hit if they move away far enough in that period.
• Bloomwater Blade DMG will snapshot Kamisato Ayato's stats near the end of casting animation and will not be affected by changes in his stats that occur afterwards.

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 4, Endless Flow: "After using Kamisato Art: Suiyuu, all nearby party members will have 15% increased Normal Attack SPD for 15s."
• Constellation Level 5, Bansui Ichiro: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
