Doctor's Orders is a Daily Commission that occurs in Sumeru City, Sumeru.

Gameplay Notes[]

In each version of this commission, the player can perform extra actions after giving the patient their medicine:
- Gurgen Version: Destroy the shrubs in his garden
- Azra Version: Give Sugar ×1
- Aftab Version: Give Delicious Steak ×1
Completing all three extra actions at least once each awards the Wonders of the World achievement Relaxation Therapy.
