Raiden	20 Primogem 3 Amakumo Fruit 3 Old Handguard	The Raiden Shogun's Elemental Skill, Transcendence: Baleful Omen, will grant each nearby party member an Eye of Stormy Judgment that will perform coordinated attacks alongside them, dealing AoE Electro DMG. When party members affected by Eye of Stormy Judgment use their Elemental Bursts, they will accrue Resolve for the Raiden Shogun's Chakra Desiderata. When the Raiden Shogun uses her Elemental Burst, she will use up all the Resolve accrued by Chakra Desiderata and deal AoE Electro DMG using her Musou no Hitotachi. After this, she will use her sword in battle, with her attacks restoring Energy for her party members. The greater the amount of Resolve consumed, the more powerful her Musou no Hitotachi and the sword attacks after it will be.
Kokomi	20 Primogem 3 Sango Pearl 3 Spectral Husk	Sangonomiya Kokomi's Elemental Skill summons forth a Bake-Kurage created from water that will restore HP for nearby characters and apply the Wet status to nearby opponents. When Sangonomiya Kokomi uses her Elemental Burst, she deals Hydro DMG to nearby opponents and dons her Ceremonial Garb, which temporarily increases the DMG dealt by her Normal and Charged Attacks. Her Elemental Burst can also enhance the Bake-Kurage, allowing it to deal AoE Hydro DMG.
Bennett	6 Adventurer's Experience 3 Windwheel Aster 3 Treasure Hoarder Insignia	When Bennett uses his Elemental Skill, he can charge it up to multiple levels, which have different effects: from smoothly dealing Pyro DMG to dealing greater DMG but sending himself flying in the ensuing explosion, though he will not be injured by it. His Elemental Burst strikes the ground with Pyro to create an Inspiration Field. This field continually infuses characters with Pyro, and regenerates health for characters with low health. When the health of characters within the field exceeds 70%, the Field provides an ATK Bonus instead.
Xinyan	3 Mystic Enhance­ment Ore 3 Violetgrass 3 Treasure Hoarder Insignia	Upon casting her Elemental Skill, Xinyan will swing her instrument, gaining different levels of Pyro Shield based on the number of opponents hit. At its maximum level, the shield will continuously deal Pyro DMG to surrounding opponents. Xinyan's Elemental Burst will literally blast her opponents with a sound wave, which is followed by a trail of scorching flames. This attack deals Physical and Pyro DMG.
Kujou Sara	15,000 Mora 3 Dendrobium 3 Damaged Mask	Kujou Sara's Elemental Skill allows her next fully-charged Aimed Shot to grant her Crowfeather Cover. The arrow fired will leave a Crowfeather behind that will trigger Tengu Juurai: Ambush, which deals AoE Electro DMG and also increases the ATK of nearby characters. When she uses her Elemental Burst, she will strike a target area with Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker, dealing AoE Electro DMG and causing several consecutive Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster to spread out, dealing more instances of AoE Electro DMG. These Tengu Juurai can also increase the ATK of characters near the point of impact.
